The Townes of Wistar Woods website – ttowwhoa.com – will be shutdown on July 31, 2024.

TownSQ is the replacement communication channel that will be used to reach homeowners and tenants quickly and provide a continuing source for information such as governing documents, community events, maintenance updates and so much more.

All homeowners and their tenants must create an account on TownSQ to login to see all available information, view the calendar, receive information via emails, submit maintenance and incident requests and participate in the community forum.

To register on TownSQ, click this link --> https://app.townsq.io/login using a computer and follow the steps below to register your account:

Click "Need to Register" on the lower right-hand corner of the page.
Enter your account number
Enter the property's zip code
Enter your last name
Click "Continue"
Click "Sign Up"
You will be prompted to choose an email address and password.

Once you've signed up using your computer, then you can download the mobile app and log into your account from your mobile device.

Owner Services is set up to receive and answer most of your assessment-related and general questions.
